We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of *The Beautiful Leader* book. Below is our refunds and returns policy, aligned with UK consumer and distance selling legislation and relevant guidance for international customers.

UK Customers – Your Legal Right to Cancel

If you are based in the UK and have purchased a physical copy of The Beautiful Leader, your purchase is covered by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your book for any reason.

Physical Book Orders (if posted directly to you)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order for a physical product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is known as your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your book to request a return.
  • The item must be in its original condition: unused, unmarked, and suitable for resale.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the book, unless it was faulty or damaged on arrival.

How to request a return:

  • Please email return@thebeautifulleader.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
  • Once we receive the item and confirm it is in resaleable ‘as new’ condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, to your original payment method.
  • Please note: If the book has been used, marked, or damaged while in your possession, we reserve the right to reduce the refund in line with the loss in value.

Digital Downloads (e.g. E-Book, Audible Version, PDF resources)

In accordance with UK consumer law, digital products are non-refundable once download has begun, unless they are faulty or not as described.

By accessing or downloading the resource(s) provided as part of your book purchase or community membership, you acknowledge that:

  • You lose your 14-day cancellation right once downloading begins.
  • You will not be eligible for a refund unless the file is defective or cannot be accessed.

If Your Book Arrives Damaged or Faulty from Us

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, with photographic evidence of the damage or fault, at return@thebeautifulleader.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

International Customers (USA & Ireland)

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, we are happy to accept return requests within a 7 day window from the date of delivery, provided the book is in a resaleable ‘as new’ condition. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the book is faulty or damaged – and we ask for photographic evidence to be provided.

For digital downloads, please note that sales are final once download has started, in line with international best practices and consumer protection norms.
